Music
Music is an integral part of our worship, and music has a long history within the Lutheran church. As a member of the New Paltz community our congregation seeks different ways to help build upon this musical history, and we do so in several ways.
First, by fostering music education. If you operate a music studio or institute that provides musical instruction, and you are searching for affordable recital space that has excellent acoustics, look no further. As part of our community outreach our congregation provides use of the space for public or private recitals at low cost. Some organizations that have recently used our space are The Bel Canto Institute, the National Guild of Piano Teachers, and the Hamilton Music Studio, among others.
We also offer The Sunday Musicales Concerts Series at Redeemer. This series was begun to help showcase local musicians, and to provide our community access to quality musical concerts in a relaxed, comfortable setting. Check out The Sunday Musicales Concerts Series for more information.
