On a beautiful New Paltz autumn day, 132 Walkers participated in the 2010 New Paltz CROP Walk. Thus far $14,908.00 has been raised through online donations, sponsored walkers and a silent auction. Late donations are anticipated to come in.
The 2010 WALK starting from SUNY Parking Lot #18. Up So. Manheim to Rte 299 (Main Street), down to the Wallkill Rail Trail and headed north to Wallkill Bridge. At the bridge there were refreshments with water and fruit provided by Hurd's Family Farm. Local chiropractor, David Lester, gave light massages to walkers at the end of the walkathon. Free ice cream cone tickets were handed out on return to SUNY Parking lot, provided by Stewart's Ice Cream.

Our goal for 2010, with your generosity and efforts, is to surpass the 2009 amount of $18,461.58. Please tell everyone you know to make a donation.
Since 1995 (when CROP started being computerized), New Paltz CROP Walk has now raised over $150,000.
